Job Brief:
Q2 Strategies is currently seeking a qualified recruiting professional with 3-5 years of experience for a full-time opportunity supporting our growing team. We are looking for a high energy, well organized, and dependable individual who can recruit for highly specialized positions including a variety of technical roles for our financial services and healthcare client base.
Role Responsibilities:
- Network and build long-lasting client and candidate relationships.
- Participates in client strategy planning meetings, resume screening, phone interviews, consensus meetings, candidate preparation, interview scheduling, and the job offer process.
- Sources and qualifies candidates for designated jobs through existing databases, internet search engines, cold calling, referrals, networking, direct recruiting, job boards, and social media.
- Develops and/or executes tactical sourcing and recruiting strategies aimed at generating a strong talent pipeline to meet overall recruiting objectives.
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System, uploading resumes, updating candidate status, and generating reporting.
- Provides exceptional customer service to candidates, stakeholders, and both internal and external clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicates with internal account management resources and candidates frequently to relay status of searches, candidate progress, etc.
- Assist in training and mentoring more junior sourcers and recruiters.
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors Degree.
- Experienced in sourcing and recruiting technology, financial services, and executive-level professionals in a high-volume environment.
- 3-5 years of experience full lifecycle recruiting required (agency or management consulting domains highly preferred).
- Strong professional network, or the ability to build one rapidly.
- Exceptional data research, analysis, communication, and presentation skills.
- Must be highly motivated, adaptable, and autonomous with the ability to deliver with limited managerial oversight.
- Strong experience conducting Boolean searches and other innovative sourcing techniques.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
